FAQ

EmployAbility is a state funded employment service for people with a disability and / or a health condition.
Our goal is to assist individuals in finding suitable employment opportunities. While securing a job is the primary aim, we recognise that there are many positive outcomes along the way. Whether it involves building skills, gaining confidence, or connecting with helpful resources and services, each step forward is valuable. Sometimes, directing clients to other supportive organisations is the best outcome, and we are committed to providing guidance and support throughout the entire journey.

When moving through the full stages of our programme, a dedicated job coach will guide you through every step of the process.
