i was diagnosed with a spinal tumour in 2019 that changed my life forever. I am educated, but what will education help if you can't help yourself.I was angry, felt sorry for myself and could not face the world as I was in a very dark place. How could I ever be normal again., but what is normal? Normal is been and excepting your self and that there is support structures that could help a person achieve this.I was mesmerised and taken away by EmployAbility Limerick as from entering their front door I felt at home, friendly helpful and just listening to your story. EmployAbility assist me on updating my cv, what I am able to do and what type of employment I was looking for. With the support from EmployAbility I was able to climb back on the employment ladder, within weeks I was employed and it felt good to get out of that dark place that kept me down there for so long.I want to thank Employability Limerick for the help support from the bottom of my heart as they helped me just to be my normal.Thank you Anne

My job coach has been very helpful, got me through my two courses that I would need to start off for the job choice I had chosen, given me advice for the future and the benefits of what I would need for the future. My job coach has been by my side every single step, even with the ups and downs.

I had reason to engage with Aine in Employability for support after a few disappointments in the open job market and in was a game changer for both me and my family. There is a small cohort of people who have a lot to offer and need this support from Employability to feel like they belong and engage in society. Thank you to Aine and the Employers who part take in this program.I would highly recommend Employability for anyone struggling with personal challenges that affects their performance in the open job market.

I've been working with Aine within EmployAbility and found her amazing. She really supports the people she's trying to place and is in constant engagement with both employer and employee. Highly recommend EmployAbility for the support they give - it's a great service!

This is a fantastic service. They have a great understanding of people with acquired brain injury. I was always made feel very welcome and developed a good relationship with my own job coach Aine. She was so helpful and understanding of my needs. She gave great advice on job interview preparation and always let me no of any courses that she thought I might have an interest in..She was extremely knowledgeable in everything to do with returning to work as I am sure everyone who works there is.
